We would like to send you some information on the terms significant for the success of your preparations for participation at the forthcoming event, as follows:

20/03/2007	Deadline for Submitting Your Service Order
26/03/2007	Deadline for Submitting Your Stand Design for Approval
05/04/2007	Stand Mounting Commencement
10/04/2007	Deadline for the Stand Fitting Completion, till 8.00 p. m.
11/04/2007	Event Opening for Visitors at 10.00 a. m.
	Festive Event Opening, at 11.00 a. m.
15/04/2007	Event Closing, at 5.00 p. m.
	Stand Dismantle Commencement and Exhibit Removal, from 5.00 p. m. to 11.00 p. m.
17/04/2007	Stand Dismantle Completion, till 8.00 p. m.

May we remind you that before the stand mounting commencement in the Hall, you have to obtain approval of your stand design in Belgrade Fair Design Office (the Exhibitors constructing their stands themselves) and make payment of the space rent. You may send your design for approval also by e-mail, to the address: overaprojekta@sajam.co.yu

In the stand mounting period, April 05-10, 2007 and the stand dismantle, April 16-17, 2007, the hall opening hours are from 8.00 a. m. to 8.00 p. m.

IMPORTANT:

After the opening hours for visitors, any electric power at the stand shall be turned off, for safety reasons.

During the event, a parking lot behind the exhibiting halls, toward the Boulevard, will be reserved for the exhibitor vehicle parking.

On the last event day, the truck entry will be allowed after 5.30 p. m.

You are kindly requested to obey the scheduled traffic system during the event.
